Drop profile hinge with spring.
This hinge is normally installed on metallic swing doors to allow its opening and closing. Its drop profile shape facilitates the welding. The hinge has a spring around the axle which allows a return movement. It also has a screw which enables the regulation of the closing strength.

- Installation:
- Weld the hinge holding the fixed part to the door frame and the adjustable part to the door, so the B pin will be accessible to handle it.
- Once the door is fixed release the B pin. Use the A screw in order to apply pressure on the spring (Allen key 6 mm), choose from the 5 possible positions that the spring has, the one that has enough strength to make the door close by itself (self-closing).
- Fix the position chosen by fixing the B pin.
