New pivot hinge to screen with 50mm ball bearing!

In Estebro, we are manufacturing all kind of pivot hinges.

The pivot hinges are installing on different types of doors and gates.

Our gates hardware are of easy installation and offer various benefits: amongst others, the pivot hinge of 50mm ball bearing permits to install the door without the need to have a metal frame or to fit the door on the wall.

In other words, this new hardware, 50mm pivot hinge with ball bearing, permits an installation without welding them to the frames, whether on the floor or on the wall.

More benefits of this pivot hinge:

 Permits to regulate the door height with the plate in order to save the detachment once installed.

• There is no need that the bottom part has to be placed on the ground.
• It has a 50mm ball bearing.
• It has a o-ring for a better tightness.
• It is entirely manufactured in our plant in Zaragoza in Spain.

Apart of the 120 twin wheels and 200 twin wheels, in Estebro, we also have other hardware for heavy sliding gates, as it´s the case with the double bearing wheels, did you hear about it?

 The double bearing wheels are appropriate, as the other part of the more important weight sliding gate hardware range, for big dimensions and heavy gates, facilitating,  like this, its movement along the track.

Our double bearing wheels are designed and manufactured for gates up to 655kg, they are manufactured with a 20mm groove, in different angles and dimensions.

Our range of bottom sliding door hardware offers many different possibilities for the manufacture of this type of doors.

We manufacture a large range of wheels, in different dimensions, format and materials.
